  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

  • We currently ship to select countries and regions where the sale of nicotine pouches is permitted by law.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that nicotine products are legal to import into their country before placing an order.
  • KORS is not responsible for orders delayed, rejected, or seized due to local regulations or customs policies.

    • International orders: 7–14 business days
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, courier delays, or local conditions.

  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.
  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • KORS has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

 

  1. Order Tracking
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.

 

  1. Failed Delivery & Incorrect Address
  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete.
  • KORS is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
  • If an order is returned to us due to a failed delivery, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

 

  1. Lost or Damaged Shipments
  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged package and product.
  • In case of lost shipments, we will work with the courier to investigate. Replacement or refund decisions will be made after the investigation is complete.
